Literally “hitting the ground running,” I started my career as a runner at the CBOT in 1991, where I spent 10 years learning every role in the shop, up to and including broker, by rolling up my sleeves and doing the work.

From there, I founded several brokerages, making a positive impact by developing various systems, platforms and software to teach option traders to trade electronically.
